В 3 конфиге вообще нихера не сжато и не убрано,пару опций по-моему отключено.

Каждая строчка,отвечает за свой параметр.
Строчка с VFX отвечает за взрывы и спец.эффекты.При минимальном значени 2-4 будут кубики,стандарт 4096 (это предел),чем меньше значение,тем меньше качество,но ФПС больше и меньше жрёт оперативки.
Строчка с UI,это как раз значки,чем меньше значение,тем расплывчатое.Тебе надо с переводчком сидеть и узнавать какая строчка за что отвечает.Я сам несколько дней сидел мозг ебал с этим конфигом,там можно такое начудить что графон квадратный будет.[COLOR="Silver"]
